Our common sense Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be really happy with your purchase. If not, we'll try our best to sort it out for you.
"It was broken when it arrived/It doesn't work"
Simply return the item in its original condition as instructed below ensuring it reaches us within 14 days of you receiving the item.
Please include details of your name, postcode, & invoice/order number (on the invoice in your parcel) and a note of why you're returning the item, and we'll replace it as soon as possible. Please note, damaged or faulty items must be delivered to us within 14 days of receipt.
"I don't like it/I'm not happy with what I've received"
EU selling regulations state that you have the right to cancel the order of an item within seven days of delivery. You can send the items back to us as long as they are dispatched within 7 days of you receiving the goods. See below for how to return items to essentialchristian.com

Refunds & Exchanges
When returning a product, you'll receive a refund to your credit card, minus any postage charges as shown on the site (not counting free delivery or faulty returns).
Returns can only be accepted back if they are received in their original condition. With respect to audio cassettes, this means they should not have been played (unless found to be faulty). We reserve the right to offer only a partial refund or exchange on items that are damaged or soiled.
Damaged or faulty items must be returned for refund within 14 days of receipt.
How to Return Items

When returning items, you must dispatch them within 7 days of receiving them (unless found to be faulty). Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered an item to you in error or the item is faulty. If this is the case, we will usually refund your postage with postage stamps of the same value or credit your card depending on the cost.
To ensure valuable goods reach us, you may also wish to use a recorded delivery service as we can, of course, only give refunds or exchanges for goods we actually receive.
